Investors will have different requirements, some will
want security, while others will want the largest return, some want a project
that they can become involved in, while another would prefer someone else
handled the details. Ask most people and they say they would like a balance, but
of course all have different ideas as to what a balance of risk, geographic
coverage, return...... is. You will see courses being peddled with large price
tags that claim to tell you all the secrets, or have a winning formula. Our experience is that each member is unique and
there is no single formula that suites everyone. Our consultants will do their best to guide members in the
directions that will allow them to discover all the options , to appraise them
and make up their own minds.
Self Build llc, a company we are loosely connected with, also connected with
New Atlantis who set us up, has been set up so as to look at developing
plots, in some cases this involves buying land that can be split into a number
of plots. Possibly also adding roads and services and in other situation, taking options
or becoming involved in acquiring either land or plots. They can now work with
joint venture partners, which in some cases are investors only, and in the
future are looking at adding consortiums for investors to join.
Currently some of the best opportunities are available in the UK, they work
with the same administration company as we do in the UK who can handle
transactions in various currencies and have no problem with dealing with
nationals of different countries.
