Membership costs involve both a joining fee and subscription with a number of classes (we call them types) of membership relating to the different requirements that members have. Life memberships are available and generally more economic if a person expects to be a member for 8 years or more.

A points scheme exists that allows those who wish to earn their membership, staring as an affiliate, with no cost to them at all, as members they can also use the points scheme to get large grants towards buying or building their home, other grants and use them for deals.

The membership types available in all countries includes the most inclusive one - diamond, otherwise membership types are different by either country or group of countries, for example in the North American continent, being named after gem stones and priced in US dollars, the UK after precious metals and priced in UK pounds. In much of the rest of Europe it will be priced in Euros.

Property Club International has the same membership types in each country and similar subscription rates to us. This allows us to work very closely together. The Property Pension Club and Holiday Property Club is looking to soon do the same.
